Most carriers consider endovenous procedures to be a covered service. However, there are always exceptions. We ask that all patients contact their insurance carrier to determine if the service is a covered benefit and if any deductibles or exclusions apply. North Shore Vascular is responsible to contact the carrier prior to the service to obtain the required pre-certifications or authorizations for the procedure.
